Constitution

This democratic republic will protect it's society and citizen from our enemies. There will be equal freedom and oppurtunity for all citizen. The government will be split up into 3 main parts:Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches. The legislative will creates laws and control taxes. The Executive branch contain the president, vice-president and cabinet member.He signs the acts into law.The judicial branch would decide arguments about the meaning of laws, how they are applied, and whether they are breaking the rules of the Constitution.

Laws:
1. No killing, stealing, raping, prejudice allow.
2. All children are required to go to school.
3. No trespassing on other people property.
4. You have freedom of religion, speech and press.
5. You have the right of peaceful assembly and right of petition.
6. Police can't search you property unless they have a warrant.
7. There will be an election every 6 years.
8. Everybody is consider equal.
9. No soldier is allow in any house without consent.
10. No one can force you into the army.

Principles

Fundamental worth- you have basic human rights
Equality of all persons- All people are equal even the president
Majority rule-Minority rights-You need to have a majority of the senate to pass a law
Necessity of compromise- all political parities will compromise to settle issue
Individual freedom-everybody has their own freedom they can do what they want as long as they din't break the law

Responsibilities

popular sovereignty- government is created by and subject to the will of the people, who are the source of all political power.
Establish Justice- All people get the government they deserve
Ensure Domestic Tranquilty-The court will settle disputes
Provide for the Common Defense- The government will protect its citizen
Promote the General Welfare- The government will do its best for the people
Ensure the Blessing of Liberty to Ourself- No one can take away your freedom
Ensure the Blessing of Liberty to our Posterity- your children are guaranteed their freedom
