Constitution

This democratic republic will protect it's society and citizen from our enemies. There will be equal freedom and oppurtunity for all citizen. The government will be split up into 3 main parts:Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches. The legislative will creates laws and control taxes. The Executive branch contain the president, vice-president and cabinet member.He signs the acts into law.The judicial branch would decide arguments about the meaning of laws, how they are applied, and whether they are breaking the rules of the Constitution.

Laws:
1. No killing, stealing, raping, prejudice allow.
2. All children are required to go to school.
3. No trespassing on other people property.
4. You have freedom of religion, speech and press.
5. You have the right of peaceful assembly and right of petition.
6. Police can't search you property unless they have a warrant.
7. There will be an election every 6 years.
8. Everybody is consider equal.
9. No soldier is allow in any house without consent.
10. No one can force you into the army.

Define the freedom of press and speech. For example, am I excercising my freedom of press and speech when I say that we should all bear arms and lead a rebellion on the leader?
